I am pleased to present to you, our class blog. This blog serves as an online journal where i will post up entries which will include pictures of outdoor/indoor class activities, pupils' works, school's events and teaching strategies applied in our lessons. I have also created an 'Interactive Corner' where parents and pupils are welcomed to leave your comments. I hope this blog will also bridge the gap between teacher and parents and for us to collaborate and work together to nurture and develop your child holistically.

Our class was very lucky as we were choosen to attend the ABC Waters Exhibition at Asian Civilisations Museum. What exactly is ABC Waters Exhibition all about? Let's find out.

On our way to the museum....

Hmmm....so this is what ABC stands for.

Its a guided tour. There was a facilitator that brought us throughout the tour in the museum.

There were interactive multimedia explaining what the exhibition was all about.

Do you know that there are 32 major rivers and canals in Singapore?

Soon, Mr Razlee's and Jezlie's dream will be a reality: To carry their canoes down to the canal in their HDB estate and paddle in it.

We were even entertained by the Snake Charmer while waiting for our bus.

Ice-breaking Session

It's 2007 and the new year has just begun. It's 2nd day of school and we played some ice-breaking games to get to know each other better.

This game is called Bingo. Pupils have to find partners which suit any 5 of the following 25 descriptions. While finding out these partners, pupils have to interact with each other to find out more about their friends.

Yu Jing: "Oh no! My shorts!"

They have to form the longest human chain!

Our young engineers are trying to built the tallest skyscraper in Coral's history which can stand on its own!

And the winner goes to... Lynette's group!
Mr Razlee: "What have you learnt from this skyscraper-building, class?"
Class: "If the foundation is strong, no matter what happens, the building will remain standing. Same goes to our class, united we stand, divided we fall...."
